Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated individual to work with us as a part-time receptionist.

Job Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, answering phone calls and booking appointments.

Process payments and maintain accurate records, assisting with general administrative duties.

Support the veterinary team with client communication.

Requirements:
