Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management
    • Develop comprehensive asset management plans for client hotels
    • Oversee financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver regular reports on key performance indicators
  • Manage risk, compliance, and contractual obligations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in hotel management, preferably with a global hotel company or consultancy
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hotel staff and owners
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to meet deadlines
