Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Casual Plant Operator to operate fixed and mobile quarry plants in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General laboring tasks
  • Operating Fixed and Mobile Quarry Plant
  • Safe and efficient operation of all plant and equipment as directed

Requirements:

  • Experience in operating an excavator, dump truck, loader, and/or dozer; sales loader experience is highly desirable
  • Must have a ticket
  • Knowledge and understanding of quarry, construction or mining industries
  • Labouring experience is essential
  • Must be safety conscious and committed to safe work practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a courteous and polite manner
  • A quick learner with strong work ethics
