Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in early childhood education.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Queensland – Registration (voluntary if eligible, not required).
