About the Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Staff Allocation Management: Effective management of staff allocation and roster changes across various sites.
  • Roster Updates: Timely and accurate updates to rosters, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
  • Vacancy Backfilling: Backfilling vacancies and training team members on workforce management tools.
  • Trend Identification: Collaborating with stakeholders to identify trends and improve performance.
Your Ideal Skills & Experience
  • Workforce Management Experience: Prior experience in workforce management or roster coordination is desirable.
  • Independence and Response: Ability to work independently and respond quickly in a dynamic environment.
