Financial Services Collections Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our operations team as an Account Recovery Specialist.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of late-stage recoveries, utilizing exceptional communication and negotiation skills to resolve outstanding balances.
As a key member of the team, you will work directly with customers and third parties such as solicitors and field agents, playing a crucial role in our commercial recoveries process.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a financial services collections role, with a focus on late-stage collections and skip tracing.
Proven ability to build rapport and handle objections while negotiating is essential.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with a customer-centric approach.
- Manage a high volume of calls and resolve outstanding balances.
- Build strong relationships with customers and third parties.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
