About the Role:

As a Store Manager Assistant, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and managing stock. This is a leadership role where you'll help guide and develop the team while ensuring the store runs smoothly in the Store Manager's absence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving performance targets while enhancing the customer experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the store team, cultivating a positive and results-driven environment.
  • Oversee stock management, ensuring effective stock replenishment, markdowns, and timely stocktakes.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards to reflect brand direction.
  • Ensure excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.
