Key Role: Senior Product Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead and manage all engineering activities across the business unit, ensuring product development aligns with strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and commercial acumen.

  • Lead design, development, and validation of innovative products to meet compliance standards and customer expectations.
  • Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering excellence, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Ensure robust engineering processes are documented and consistently followed, including ECNs, BOMs, capitalisation, and timesheet tracking.

About You

You are a technically accomplished engineer leader with strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive performance through people, process, and product. Your experience in product development, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement will be invaluable in this role.

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
  • CPEng and RPEQ accreditation or eligibility (mandatory)
  • Extensive engineering experience, including several years in a senior leadership role
