Strategic Product Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the strategic development and execution of our technical products.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful solutions aligned with industry standards, including ISO, NIST, and PCI.

  • Lead the development and execution of technical products that support business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external partners to deliver effective solutions
  • Ensure security and compliance in all aspects of product development

You will be part of a team driving business-wide initiatives, helping IT teams reach their full potential, while ensuring stakeholder feedback is integrated and security is prioritized.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in complex business environments
  • Familiarity with IT security and compliance (e.g., PCI, NIST, ISO)
  • Knowledge of risk frameworks
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable tasks
  • Experience converting standards into compliance tasks
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain issues to stakeholders
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures

Desirable but not required:

  • ITIL and Agile Certifications
  • Experience with security technologies and tools
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with both in-sourced and outsourced teams
  • Proficiency in data reporting and aggregation tools like Power BI
