  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer(s) to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for escalated queries, responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with customer-specific safety and quality procedures, as well as our HSEQ standards.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a safe working environment by reporting incidents and adhering to all OH&S requirements.
