Care Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our care team as a Care Operations Manager. As a key member of the team, you will embody our values of compassion, respect, and excellence, and work to maintain an exceptional standard of care.

About the Role:

  • Implement improvement projects to enhance the quality of care and services offered
  • Provide visible leadership and shape the culture of the care team
  • Manage day-to-day operations across the care portfolio, including rostering and utilization requirements
  • Oversee financials and budget for the care team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the village and wider local community

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday
