Key Roles in HR & Payroll

Are you an accounting or human resources student seeking a 3-6 month contract to gain entry-level experience? Or a parent looking for part-time work with flexible hours?

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring workforce data accuracy and payroll readiness.

  • Verify timesheets are complete, accurate, and ready for payroll processing.
  • Set up employee profiles in the Humanforce system.
  • Review and correct incomplete profiles (e.g., missing department, location, role, rate).
  • Clean up incorrect pay rates in Humanforce.
  • Assist with resolving timesheet errors: overlapping entries, invalid location, department, or role data, and timesheets with inaccurate scan-on and/or scan-off times.

You will also support ad hoc tasks from P&C Data, Payroll, or Workforce Planning teams, perform regular audits of employee data and timesheet records, assist with onboarding and offboarding data processes, generate basic reports and summaries for payroll and HR teams, and respond to routine payroll and HR data queries.
