Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Barista to lead our barista team. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for maintaining high coffee standards, leading by example, and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for dialing in espresso, training and mentoring baristas, and managing stock levels. You will also be expected to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong knowledge of specialty coffee.

  • Dialing in espresso and maintaining high coffee standards
  • Training and mentoring baristas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Managing stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, including espresso extraction and milk texturing
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a senior barista or head barista
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
