Epiroc is a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge equipment for the mining and construction industries. We're seeking an experienced Applications Specialist Coordinator to join our team in Perth. As an Applications Specialist Coordinator, you'll be responsible for overseeing remote support activities, managing escalations, and optimizing support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Epiroc's ticketing system to record, monitor, and analyze support requests and team performance.
  • Prioritize and allocate resources for applications support requests, ensuring timely resolution within agreed SLA timeframes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regular customer engagement.
  • Maintain a repository of information and develop knowledge articles and quick reference guides.
  • Implement systems and processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Provide specialized training on product use, application, and maintenance.
  • Ensure adequate resources are planned and available for supporting applications, including identifying product specialists, tooling, and training needs.
  • Offer leadership and support to direct reports, including conducting regular performance reviews and promoting continual development and growth.
  • Oversee the quote-to-invoice process, including managing service orders in SAP.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with Epiroc technology products (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of mining and maintenance-related practices and procedures
  • High level of organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder relation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion to continuously improve yourself, your team, and Epiroc's products
