As a passionate and welcoming individual, you will join our esteemed Food & Beverage team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney as a Lounge Attendant. Every interaction with our guests is an opportunity to create a memorable and personalized experience.

Job Summary:

Deliver attentive and intuitive food and beverage service across breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening service periods in Lounge 32. Build rapport with returning and long-stay guests, remembering preferences and ensuring a personalized experience. Maintain a clean and well-presented lounge at all times, ensuring food stations are replenished and lounge standards are upheld. Assist with guest enquiries, dining reservations, and local recommendations with warmth and confidence. Collaborate with other departments to anticipate and deliver on guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service
  • Build relationships with guests and provide personalized service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Assist with guest inquiries and requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Previous experience in a similar luxury hotel, lounge, or high-end restaurant setting is an advantage. A positive, professional attitude and attention to detail are essential. Barista or basic beverage knowledge is an asset.
