The Sailmaker restaurant is a large dining destination with stunning views of Darling Harbour. The restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney. We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual who can provide a warm and caring attitude to our clients and guests.

  • Maintain the highest standards of presentation and accuracy in food and beverage preparation
