Digital Transformation Project Senior HR and Payroll Lead

Leading an organization's digital transformation requires innovative strategies, exceptional leadership, and a deep understanding of human resources and payroll management. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in guiding the successful deployment of our HR and Payroll solution in partnership with KPMG and TechnologyOne.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of payroll and HR processes, including industrial awards, employment agreements, legislation, superannuation, taxation, and compliance obligations. Experience with HR/Payroll systems implementation, particularly TechnologyOne HRP, is highly regarded.

This key position demands skilled professionals who can translate complex payroll and HR rules into practical processes and test scenarios. Strong communication skills are essential to advise staff on best practices and help teams adapt to new systems. Additionally, the ability to influence stakeholders and secure buy-in for changes that support strategic objectives is critical.
