About the Role
">- We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our mobile team as a Finance Manager.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving mortgage sales and identifying cross-selling opportunities to deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities
">- Build strong customer relationships and foster new relationships.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets through relevant roadshows, marketing, and self-sourcing new business opportunities.
- Develop business acumen and provide advice based on individual customer needs.
- Perform credit analysis and manage end-to-end home loan applications as required.
- Develop a strong referral network for the bank and develop new business.
Requirements
">- Demonstrated track record of self-sourcing and writing home loan applications and exceeding targets in a similar environment.
- Strong referral network.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid financial acumen and credit writing skills.
