Job Overview

We seek an experienced project lead to oversee the transition of SAP software from GEP to S4 HANA across the JANZ region.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and ensuring the successful execution of designated projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation and rollout of SAP S4 HANA.
  • Develop and execute project management plans that define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Delegate responsibilities to relevant personnel.
  • Prepare insightful reports on project performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Optimize supply chain processes in SAP S4 HANA.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Subject matter expert in GEP SAP and S4 HANA.
  • Experience in OTC, P2S, and P2P is required for successful management of role responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia (or appropriate Visa holder).
