As an Operational Excellence Lead, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive business results. You'll analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using insights to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Developing and implementing operational excellence initiatives to drive business growth and revenue.
  2. Collaborating with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams to align business objectives and achieve desired outcomes.
  3. Building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  4. Analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using insights to inform decision-making.
  5. Maintaining accurate records, reporting progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail, operations, product management, or business management/consulting, with a focus on negotiations and delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional or military experience, with a strong background in financial analysis and P&L ownership.
  • Experience managing large data sets, utilizing tools to drive performance and process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
