Grounds and Site Maintenance Professional

At our picturesque Victoria Point site, we're seeking a skilled Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in maintaining the immaculate appearance of the site, while attending to any maintenance issues that may arise.
This is an excellent chance for someone with hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance to showcase their skills and problem-solving abilities. As a proactive and positive individual, you'll be committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication and a team-first attitude.
- Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
- Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets to deliver high standards within financial guidelines.
- Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.
