A04 Procurement Officer Job Summary

The A04 Procurement Officer plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate creation and variation of purchase orders, vendor management, and monitoring the status of purchase orders.

  • Utilize effective problem-solving to resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain all paper and electronic records in accordance with established information management principles.
  • Adhere to systems and procedures for efficient procurement and contract management support.
  • Develop and update documentation as required under applicable policy.
  • Provide authoritative advice on procurement policy, contract management framework, processes, and procedures.
  • Advise senior managers and operational team leaders about existing contractual arrangements.
  • Develop and generate reports from relevant systems to support informed decision-making.

This is a full-time position requiring 5 days of work per week. Flexible working conditions are available.
