Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is ideal for an individual who can adapt quickly and think strategically.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the People Plan for the APAC region, which involves strategic workforce planning across a matrix organization. They will work closely with functional leadership teams to set clear goals and performance standards, identify high potential individuals, and ensure inclusive career and development plans throughout.

This role requires strong HR management and business partnering skills, gained in an international environment. The ideal candidate will have a high learning agility and be able to balance local needs and requirements with corporate policies and processes.
