Job Opportunity: Employment Support Specialist

Mentors play a vital role in helping job seekers achieve their employment goals. As an Employment Support Specialist, you will work collaboratively with clients to identify and develop their skills, providing personalized support to help them secure sustainable employment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with job seekers to understand their needs and goals\
  • Developing and implementing tailored support plans to help clients achieve their employment objectives\
  • Building strong relationships with employers and other stakeholders to facilitate job placements\
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their employment journey\\/ul\AppData.p>The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A background in customer service or administration would be advantageous, but is not essential.
