Job Description

CMAX, a leading clinical trials unit, is seeking highly skilled professionals to facilitate the successful execution of clinical trials.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple studies concurrently.

Responsibilities include reviewing key clinical study documentation, assisting in the design and preparation of study and source documentation, maintaining investigator site files, and ensuring all tracking tools are updated with current project timelines.

Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This role requires flexibility and a high level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent relevant training and experience within a health/science related discipline and/or project management;
  • Current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification and sound knowledge of standards, procedures, protocols, and regulations relating to the conduct of clinical studies;
  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role/team within the clinical research industry;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a range of people;
  • Proven ability to work accurately and apply attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated competence in personal attributes of problem solving, flexibility, and emotional intelligence;
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, and other relevant tools.
