Project Manager Role

The University of Adelaide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Project Manager. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the strategic direction of the Centre for Heart Rhythm Disorders.

This role involves facilitating the implementation, conduct, completion, and reporting of clinical studies, including trial monitoring, ongoing trial administrative support, and maintaining positive and transparent relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, including developing and executing project plans, monitoring processes, managing relationships, and ensuring milestones are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timeline adherence and scope of multi-site clinical trials while ensuring quality delivery.
  • Mentor and train team members in project management best practices.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and preparing grant and ethics applications.
