Are you a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your clinical career? Glenview Community Services is currently seeking a passionate Clinical Support Nurse to join our team at Windsor Street, Glenorchy.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an innovative and collaborative care model while honing your expertise in clinical leadership and education.

About the Role

As a Clinical Support Nurse (Level 2), you'll play a key role in delivering and promoting best-practice aged care. You will work closely with on-floor Registered Nurses, a Clinical Care Manager, and the onsite Facility Manager to ensure high standards of care and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll:

Lead and support staff in clinical care delivery

Provide mentoring and education to team members

Focus on a clinical specialty area of your interest

Contribute to an innovative, team-based approach to aged care

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and an unrestricted practicing certificate

Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and leadership abilities

Have a passion for mentoring and supporting colleagues in a team-based environment

Aged Care experience and knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards are desirable but not essential
