Job Description

As a Digital Design Lead, you will have the opportunity to drive design excellence and make a lasting impact on Europe's leading entertainment brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building out the internal design team and growing our in-house team over the next 12 months
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineers to ensure solutions address all business, user, and technical requirements
  • Presenting work, with passion and a clear rationale, to multiple partners across commercial, brand, marketing, and engineering
  • Ensuring the delivery of all solutions is well planned, risks are highlighted, and quality is maintained
  • Working with the Head of Design to help develop, refine, and scale the practice of design
  • Utilizing expertise in Figma and other related software to drive design innovation
  • Demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Supporting experimentation and optimization in a commercial and agile environment
  • Developing and maintaining Design Systems to streamline the design workflow
  • Enhancing concise and empathetic communication skills to effectively collaborate with peers
  • Leveraging design expertise to support business objectives and drive growth
  • Embracing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Contributing to the development of a high-performing design team
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
