About the Role

As a Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in empowering NDIS participants to navigate their plans, connect with services, and achieve their goals. We are seeking Independent Support Coordinators with existing caseloads who want to transition into a secure, team-based role without the stress of running their own business or becoming NDIS Registered.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
  • Connect them with the right services, health professionals, and community resources.
  • Maintain compliance with NDIS guidelines while focusing on quality outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Relevant qualifications (Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Community Services, etc.) preferred.
