**Lead Financial Analyst Role**
The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) is seeking a highly skilled financial analyst to drive innovation and continuous improvement in financial planning and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of three qualified accountants.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the FP&A functions within the Finance division with line management responsibilities of three qualified accountants.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business cases to support policy proposals and parameter adjustments.
- Prepare an annual multi-year strategic forecast for the DPP and engage with NSW Treasury to meet their needs and timetables.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting and full membership of a professional accounting body.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Highly developed skills in data management, manipulation, interrogation, and presentation to support financial analysis and reporting.
