About the Role

G4S provides security services for a major energy provider in Western Australia, ensuring a safe and secure environment for their operations. As a Supervisor, you will oversee the security team on site, reporting to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead point of contact for all security matters while on shift
  • Conduct security risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
  • Assist with rostering shortfalls and manage accurate timesheets
  • Develop comprehensive security plans to mitigate identified risks
  • Implement access control measures to restrict unauthorized personnel
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and authorities to report and address security incidents
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate III Security Operations
  • Hold a Western Australian Driver's Licence
  • Hold a Western Australian Security License - Static Guard/Crowd Control
  • Hold a Certificate II Security Operations
  • Have received or renewed your CPR certification within the year
