Job Summary:

As a Craft Supervisor - Scaffolding, you will lead a team of skilled professionals on a major construction project. Your primary responsibility will be to direct and supervise the activities of craft professionals, ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and direct craft activities, schedule work, and review progress.
  • Planning and Productivity: Determine workforce requirements, coordinate operational plans, and monitor tool and equipment usage.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with specifications, schedules, and budgets, and oversee the preparation of Field Material Requisitions.
  • Technical: Work with engineers, leading hands, and craft professionals to interpret design documents and oversee engineering solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of construction or engineering operations, supervisory functions, and subcontract management.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance short-term and long-term priorities.
