Job Title: Compliance Manager for Training Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Compliance Manager to join our team in managing training operations on ELICOS courses, Business courses, and Hospitality management courses.

About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee compliance and ensure a high standard of service is provided in accordance with VET Quality Framework, ESOS Framework, regulations, and policies.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the scope of registration, coordinating ASQA audits, and ensuring all RTO data requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage RTO scope of registration and communicate changes to staff members.
  • Coordinate ASQA audits and implement changes in scope.
  • Conduct assessment validation on assessor judgements and training products.
  • Ensure compliance with VET Quality Framework, ESOS Framework, regulations, and policies.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or relevant experience at least Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Minimum three years' working experience in compliance and administration in a CRICOS Registered Training Organisation.
  • Experience submitting AVETMIS data and annual compliance declaration or other RTO data requirements.
  • High-level knowledge and experience working with trainers and international students.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to support organisational reporting requirements.
