Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and room service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership to the F&B team to drive results and exceed expectations
  • Work closely with chefs, restaurant managers, and other department heads to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Train new colleagues to maintain high-quality service standards and ensure brand consistency
  • Assist with rostering, payroll management, and team development to optimize productivity and efficiency
