About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our team at Global Payments. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails related to invoice or account queries, directing new clients to the sales team;
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding and overdue invoices via outbound calls and emails;
  • Investigate and resolve account queries for managed clients;
  • Manage account suspensions, write-offs, and closures for unpaid accounts;
  • Process potential client refunds and coordinate with stakeholders as needed;
  • Provide reports and recommendations to key stakeholders, including finance and operations teams;
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and internal departments to ensure a high level of service;
  • Maintain accurate client data and assist with accounts receivable documentation;
  • Assist with general client inquiries, plan changes, and provide administrative support as needed;

About You

You should have a strong attention to detail, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent communication skills. Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer support, accounts receivable or administrative role;
  • Excellent administrative skills with high attention to detail;
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills;
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service focus;
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
