Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels. You will be the initial point of contact for customers and brokers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently while maintaining high call quality and customer satisfaction levels.

This position commences with a 6-month contract, with potential for extension or permanency. We seek candidates who excel in fast-paced customer service environments.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times through phone, email, and other mediums
  • Resolve customer inquiries effectively and efficiently, maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform daily tasks with high quality and attention to detail
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives enhancing customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications:
