Reservations Agent Role

At Sofitel, we're looking for a skilled Reservations Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk, you'll be responsible for responding to incoming reservations and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promptly answer all requests for reservations and record them accurately.
  • Maintain strong communication with other resort departments.
  • Promote up selling of resort services and upgraded room categories.
  • Assist fellow ambassadors where necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with reservations systems, Opera preferred.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in a hotel environment is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including some evenings, weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
