About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fundraising Administrator to join our team at St Vincent de Paul. As a key member of our Fundraising, Marketing, and Communications team, you will play a vital role in supporting our valued supporters and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of donations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Fundraising, Marketing & Communications team, including data entry, data analysis, and maintenance of financial records.
  • Process donations, including regular giving donations, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Support the Fundraising department operations, including daily banking, receipting, and assisting with monthly income reconciliation.
  • Utilize The Raiser's Edge database for developing queries, data imports, and data entry, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Deliver high-level donor care via phone and written communications, fostering strong relationships with our supporters.
Requirements
  • Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent professional on-the-job experience in Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in basic financial processing and reconciliation.
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Exemplary phone manner and a professional attitude that promotes our core values.
  • Ability to work with a diverse range of key stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
