Dining Experience Host

We are seeking individuals with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering memorable dining experiences.

This role offers an opportunity to join our dynamic food and beverage team in the heart of Hobart, where you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized attention to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sharing knowledge about menu offerings, recommending wine and beverages, and assisting with special dietary needs or preferences.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to respond to guest requests and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
  • Assisting with event setups and functions in the conference suites and restaurant.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous customer service or hospitality experience, a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
