The Role

We seek a Veteran Pathways Manager to oversee the client journey from enquiry to onboarding.

  • Client Journey Management
  • Supervision of Client Engagement Officers
  • Enquiry and Onboarding Processes
  • Practice Support Functions
  • Collaboration with Senior Management and Team Leaders
  • Community Engagement and Marketing Initiatives

A successful candidate has experience in client services, administration, or practice management. They possess strong communication and leadership skills, are highly organised and detail-oriented, and confident using CRMs and digital tools.
