About The Role All of our roles are focused on ensuring that our guests are having the most amazing experiences, and here at Merlin we have a real focus on FUN As a casual Zipline Tour Guide you will be responsible for the delivery of friendly and attentive service to the guests of Illawarra Fly. You will be a key to delivering a safe and memorable experience amongst a beautiful rainforest. Your duties focus on follow safety procedures, using interpersonal skills to connect with guests, fitting safety harnesses, navigate guests through the zipline course; deliver incredible guest experience with focus on strong guest Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), and ensuring cleanliness of outlets and surrounding areas. About You The ideal candidate for this role will want our guests to leave with lasting memories. You will be committed to contributing to a positive work environment through being able to work cohesively with others as well as independently when needed. You will be a great people person and be able to interact positively with all our visitors. Experience within a tourism or customer service role is preferred however not essential. Please note that this role requires weekend, public holiday, and school holiday availability. You are required to have a current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check. A moderate level of physical fitness is necessary. Benefits
