This challenging role involves supporting projects in implementing their Health Safety Environment (HSE) management systems. You will monitor and review project HSE Management Plans, facilitate toolbox meetings, and address local HSE issues.
- Conducting incident investigations and performing HSE inspections
- Monitoring and reviewing Project HSE Management Plans
- Facilitating toolbox meetings and addressing local HSE issues
- Consulting with workers to improve HSE on site
- Coaching and influencing site workers and management on hazard and risk management tools

Key Responsibilities:
- Incident Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, identifying root causes and making recommendations for improvement.

- Toolbox Meetings: Facilitate regular toolbox meetings to discuss local HSE issues and promote a culture of safety.
- Worker Engagement: Consult with workers to improve HSE on site, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Risk Management: Coach and influence site workers and management on hazard and risk management tools, ensuring a proactive approach to safety.
