Lead Business Outcomes as a Manager of Technology Platforms

Shape the future by driving business growth through exceptional leadership and technology excellence. As a key leader in our Platform Services team, you will play a pivotal role in executing our technology strategy for business-critical platforms.

You will oversee platform operations, including maintenance, monitoring, and problem management. Collaborate with domain architects, tech leads, and delivery teams to implement best practices and drive simplification, agility, resilience, and scalability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Platform Operations: Maintain platform health, monitor, and address technical issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across platforms and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Embed observability, automate processes, and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and implement control measures to protect our insurance platforms.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with stakeholders to prioritize changes efficiently while maintaining reliability and service levels.
