We employ over 1300 staff in various regions across VIC, NSW, and TAS, and we are currently seeking experienced and entry-level Disability Support Workers to join our dynamic team in Bella Vista, NSW.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, including domestic and personal care assistance.
- Assist customers to access and have a positive connection to the community.
- Work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and overnight shifts, with a focus on providing quality care and support.
- Ability and willingness to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends, and public/school holidays with significant availability.
- Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
- Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
- Ability to use computers and learn a variety of software/programs.
- Current Driver's Licence.
