As a key player in our esteemed team at Savills Australia & New Zealand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Australia's property market.

We are seeking an ambitious Associate to join our Hotels Capital Markets team, driving their career forward in the dynamic property industry and hotel investment sector.

About the Opportunity

This exciting role offers a unique chance to develop your skills under the mentorship of industry experts, working collaboratively with a dedicated and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales campaigns through site inspections, client meetings, and purchaser discussions.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, including Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch documents.
  • Analyse hotel trading data, evaluate financials, and undertake forecasts to inform pricing strategies.
  • Contribute to hotel investment analysis work, including benchmarking, financial modelling, and pricing analysis.
  • Conduct market research and prepare reports on hotel trends, performance metrics, and investment activity.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A strong desire to build a career in property and a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Completed or studying a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar degree.
  • Relevant experience in a similar position.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mind with the ability to observe trends from research data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
