Farm Management Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Farm Manager to oversee the operational management and improvement of our farms, ensuring maximum yields and quality.

  • Responsible for managing all operations associated with the crop growing season, including ground preparation, planting, fertilizing, spraying, harvesting and grading.
  • Plan and carry out seeding, growing and harvesting, ensuring optimal results.
  • Order parts for machinery repairs, ensuring competitive pricing.
  • Undertake breeding and raising of livestock under company programs.
  • Maintain workplace health and safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the operational management of a mixed crop and livestock farm.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with agronomists and other team members.
  • Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
