Assistant Property Manager Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Assistant Property Manager to support our well-maintained property portfolio in Maroochydore CBD.

About the Role:

  • Perform daily property and building management duties as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service from the front desk.
  • Respond to calls and emails from tenants, owners, residents, and contractors.
  • Process and prepare various documents.
  • Assist with tenancy signups and organize required maintenance.
  • Conduct routine inspections and assist with other inspections when needed.
  • Undertake general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administration Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Property Manager, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  2. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, owners, residents, and contractors via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  3. Communication: Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including regular updates on property matters.
  4. Maintenance Coordination: Organize and coordinate maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
  5. Tenancy Management: Assist with tenancy signups, lease agreements, and rent collections.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Property Services or relevant experience.
  • Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate (or ability to obtain quickly).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
