About the Role

Job Description
In this role, you will have the chance to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students. You will create stimulating learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking. Your expertise will also be invaluable in mentoring colleagues and contributing to the growth of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver age-appropriate curriculum to promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development of children.
- Create innovative and inclusive learning spaces that foster curiosity and creativity.
- Plan and conduct various activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play, to support children's learning and development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents through communication and progress reports.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a cohesive and inclusive learning community.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, actively engaging in parent-teacher conferences and meetings.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Experience as an ECT or Educational Leader, with a Bachelor/Master's degree in Early Childhood Education.
- A valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates.
- A passion for early childhood education, creative teaching methods, and collaborative teamwork.
