Team Leader Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic support to residents, ensuring their individual needs, wishes, and goals are met in a dignified environment.
  • Support the coordination of care needs across the facility, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration, pressure care management.
  • Lead and supervise care on the shift, within designated areas.
  • Perform medicine-related tasks according to qualification, legislation, and policies.
Key Qualifications
  • A relevant qualification: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing or Certificate IV in Ageing Support with HLTHPS007 Administer & Monitor Medicines.
  • High commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand and use information technology and programs.
  • Current National police check.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
