Key Responsibilities Supervise site operations, lead troubleshooting, audits, incident investigations, provide technical guidance Manage high voltage electrical equipment, coordinate shutdowns and planned outages Oversee small projects and system upgrades Maintain safe work procedures Drive maintenance strategies, condition monitoring, reliability improvements Collaborate with planners, engineers to prioritise and execute maintenance efficiently Use SAP to update asset records, support forward planning Act as technical link between site and engineering teams for commissioning, testing, troubleshooting Ensure compliance with electrical standards, licenses, land access requirements Mentor, coach technicians, support training, skills development
Qualifications and Experience- Educated in Electrical Trade Qualification
